For Customers
How do I place an order?
Open the app, browse the available items, add them to your cart, and tap “Checkout.” You can pay with your saved card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Can I pay with a debit or credit card?
Yes. PSMarketplace supports Visa, Mastercard, and Amex through Stripe’s secure payment gateway.
How can I track my order?
Go to the “Orders” tab in your app. You’ll see your current order status (Processing, Out for Delivery, Completed).
I didn’t receive my order — what should I do?
Contact the provider directly from the order page, or use the “Contact Support” form below.
For Marketplaces / Providers
How do I list my store on PSMarketplace?
Marketplace accounts are onboarded through Stripe Connect. Please contact [email protected] to start your registration.
How do I receive payouts?
Once your Stripe account is verified, payouts are sent automatically to your connected bank account.
Can I edit my menu or products?
Yes. You can update prices, descriptions, and images directly from your provider dashboard in the app.
How do I test my integration?
Use your provider test-mode (sandbox) credentials to validate orders and payments before going live.
Restaurants, Deliveries & Drivers
PSMarketplace connects restaurants with their own delivery teams and trusted independent drivers. Each restaurant manages its orders, delivery zones, and schedules directly from their provider dashboard.
Delivery drivers are assigned by each restaurant or marketplace and operate under their own terms. Fennec IT and PSMarketplace do not control, employ, or manage drivers — we simply provide the technology to make the process efficient and transparent.
